These Terms govern your use of Impact Connect (the “Service”), a licensed productivity tool provided by Impact Innovation Hub (“we”, “us”). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Impact Connect helps you manage your own LinkedIn outreach — finding people, drafting comments and messages, following up, and scheduling posts — from your Impact Connect dashboard and a browser extension or userscript that runs in your own browser, as you.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business while your subscription is active. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer or redistribute the software, or share your licence key with others.
3. Your LinkedIn account and acceptable use
- The Service acts with your own LinkedIn account, at your direction. You are responsible for your account and for complying with LinkedIn’s own terms.
- Automation of LinkedIn carries inherent risk. We build the Service to stay within normal, human-paced use and to pause on warnings, but we cannot guarantee that LinkedIn will not restrict or suspend an account. You use the Service at your own risk in this respect.
- You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, deception, or any unlawful purpose.
4. Free trial
New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial your chosen plan begins unless you cancel before it ends.
5. Fees, billing and refunds
- Plans are priced per LinkedIn seat and billed monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout.
- You can change plans or cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments for a period already started are non-refundable, except that a new yearly plan may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
6. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or if required to protect the Service or other users. On termination your licence ends and the software stops functioning.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and content, belongs to Impact Innovation Hub. The data you collect and the messages you create remain yours.
8. No affiliation with LinkedIn
Impact Connect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of its owner.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any action taken by LinkedIn against your account. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change and we will notify licensed clients through the dashboard. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [— e.g. the Province of Ontario, Canada], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
